All purchases made on this site are subject to these Terms of Sale, our Privacy Policy, and applicable U.S. laws.

2. Ordering and Acceptance

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

• You will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order.

• A contract between you and ironEcomShop is formed when we confirm shipment of your order.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or misuse is suspected.

3. Prices and Payment

• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

• Sales tax and shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

• We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay Installments.

• ironEcomShop does not store your payment information.

• Prices may change without prior notice; however, confirmed orders are not affected.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via our partnered carriers.

• Standard delivery time is 3–6 business days within the U.S.

• Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

• Shipping delays caused by couriers or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

5. Returns and Cancellations

• You may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).
