1. Return Eligibility
You may return most new, unopened, and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return:

Products that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee or denied refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive defective or damaged:

Opened items that include consumables (e.g., soil, fertilizers, seeds)

Gift cards and digital downloads

Clearance or final-sale products
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Contact us at support@ironEcomShop.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos (if the product is defective).

Our support team will review your request and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number with return instructions.

Ship the item to the provided address using a trackable shipping service.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If you used a promotional code or discount, your refund will reflect the discounted purchase amount.
5. Exchanges
Need a different item or size?
We’re happy to exchange eligible products.
Please contact support@ironEcomShop.com to arrange an exchange within 30 days of delivery.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the product and packaging.
We will provide a prepaid return label or replacement at no extra cost.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
